time_critical is set to 5 minutes by default nowadays, which ought to be
enough. If you can still reproduce this in current karmic, please do so,
reboot, and then

  tar czf /tmp/gpm-log.tar.gz /var/lib/DeviceKit-power

Attach /tmp/gpm-log.tar.gz then. Thanks!
