Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mutt

This is with mutt_1.5.12-1ubuntu1_i386.deb.

I've only noticed this since I upgraded to Ubuntu 6.10.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start mutt with no configuration files via "mutt -n -F /dev/null"
2. (Decline creating /home/$USER/Mail)
3. m to compose new message
4. Set To: and Subject: to anything. Make an non-empty message body.
5. At the send prompt, "Fcc: ~/sent" has been set. Expected it to be empty.

** Affects: mutt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
