Binary package hint: nautilus
Nautilus should be able to resume or update file copying/moving by
transferring only deltas. This would make file transfers more efficient
and less troublesome, especially for transfers that break in the middle
and need to be resumed.
rsync already handles this exceptionally well, so perhaps it or librsync
can be used for this.
