Hi & thanks or your help, not at all, grub is still here installed in the mbr and nothing seems to be missing in /boot/grub/* ... and I'm still booting on it everyday ;o) Actually I just made a fresh install from kubuntu 64bits cdrom then made apt-get update && apt get dist-upgrade and that's all ...
