reopening again until Scott learns to read and understand properly
I'll voluntarily close it when Scott shows me how to install the
currently available karmic packages AND a grep that includes anything
upstart-logd in its output (hint the current one does not!). Until
then, this is a very valid bug. Unfortunately, it is one that the
maintainer apparently fails to grasp.
