No, rebuilding zephyr will not change anything.  zephyr-server-krb is
left over from a previous version of the zephyr source package; it is
not built in the current version.  It probably remains in the archive
because it is still listed in the package’s control file (in case
someone wants to build the current version on a system with krb4).

The real solution is to remove this old version of zephyr-server-krb
from the Karmic archive.
