Binary package hint: klamav
I run amd64 version of Feisty 7.04 Herd2 with all actual updates.
The only real problem I have is that I cannot get Klamav working stable.
Its starts, even a manual scan works well, but after a few secs, when scan is
finished, or if it runs only in the taskbar, its switch it off by self. I did
completely remove (purge) all clamav /Klamav related packages often and
reinstalled Klamav after very new larger upgrade of herd2. Always the same. No
error window, only silently switching off.
Any advise welcome, as I fell myself without any running Antivirus a bit
insecure.
And your lunchpad asks me now again and again to provide more details. But at
this stage I do not have more info, only that Klamav is perfectly installed,
apt-get build-dep or dpkg-reconfigure or aptitude reinstall doe snot help.
