Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop
The notification sound for "KDE is exiting" is to long and causes the
user to have to wait for the sound effect to finish before they are
logged out. This makes for a slow feeling OS..
in System Notifications disable the logout sound and everything is much
faster. so lets use a sound that is vary short.
