Binary package hint: sabnzbdplus
The init script for sabnzbdplus is installed as S20sabnzbdplus, while
NetworkManager which normally brings up network interfaces on Ubuntu is
installed as S50NetworkManager, meaning it starts up later than
sabnzbdplus. This means sabnzbdplus cannot bind to a network interface
configured by NetworkManager. The solution is to start sabnzbdplus
after NetworkManager.
