Not fixed in 64-bit Jaunty running KDE 4.3 RC2 with all updates applied as of 2009-07-20. Does the fix show up in Karmic only?
The "litmus test" for this (at least on my system) is to try videos at http://www.komonews.com/ which will always work in Firefox and almost never work in Konqueror.
