I've done some substantial and basic work on this package (It needs a
debian/changelog merge).
It still needs zip-archive however:
Configuring pandoc-1.2.1...
setup: At least the following dependencies are missing:
zip-archive >=0.1.1
dh_haskell_configure: command returned error code 256
make: *** [build-zip] Error 1
