To put this more clearly: zephyr-server-krb _is_ NBS, but is incorrectly
omitted from the NBS list. (As I noted in comment 2, this is probably
because zephyr-server-krb is still listed in the zephyr control file;
however, it is not built by default and is not in the archive.)
The pidgin transition happened this morning, so this is the only thing
that should be blocking the removal of libzephyr3, libzephyr3-krb, and
zephyr-server-krb.
