Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: notify-osd

Steps to reproduce:

1) Send a notification using the following command:

notify-send "Title" "1
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
9
0
lastline"

Expected results:
If the specification is followed
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NotifyOSD#Overflow%20of%20long%20messages), then we
should have a notification as:

Title
1
...
4
5
6
7
8
9
0
lastline

Instead of that, the first line is ignore and we get:

Title
...
3
4
5
6
7
8
9
0
lastline
