This should have high importance! Getting week numbers wrong is a huge
pain! I am also assuming that fixing this is a small matter.
I would consider this to be an SRU case. Justification for SRU is:
- a calender is in every-day use
- the bug affects all users
- the fix is probably minor (somebody still needs to make a fix of course) and
should have a very low risk of side effects
