Hi Leann,

I only had one occurrence recently on Jul 14th with Ubuntu
2.6.31-2.17-generic:

Jul 14 10:10:57 nigel-laptop kernel: [ 216.929510] ata1: hard resetting link
Jul 14 10:10:57 nigel-laptop kernel: [ 217.360077] ata1: SATA link up 1.5 Gbps
(SStatus 113 SControl 300)
Jul 14 10:10:58 nigel-laptop kernel: [ 217.777206] ata1.00: configured for UDMA
/100
Jul 14 10:10:58 nigel-laptop kernel: [ 217.777227] ata1: EH complete

I'm now running 2.6.31-3-generic #19-Ubuntu and not seeing any issues so far.
If you'd like me to go back to 2.6.31-3.14 and try it out, then let me know.
