- am using Ubuntu 9.04- the Jaunty Jackalope - released in April 2009.

- i have noticed that the temperature is very high according to lm-sensors
- the CPU temperature is 70C most of the time, the lowest is 60, it gets
- to 80+ and i get scared, shut down every thing and wait for some time
- till it cool down, Core1 =70C also Core 0 = 70C same as the CPU

- i searched the net for an answer there was non, except for someone
- advised to change the CPU from performance to either on-demand, or
- Conservative... but it didnt go much low (it reached 50 in its best) so
- i switched to power save.(idle)
