The file tuxonice-binary-signature.bin is missing from Ubuntu's hibernate
package. It is referred to in scriptlets.d/tuxonice. It should not cause a
problem unless running tuxonice, which is how I discovered it.
It should be installed to /usr/share/hibernate/ Adding this file to
hibernate.install fixes the problem.
