Here's a testcase: 1)Install Ubuntu 2)Add the Greek keyboard layout in System>Preferences>Keyboard>Layouts and make sure it is BELOW the USA keyboard layout in the list. 3)Do the same with the Icelandic keyboard layout and make sure it is BELOW the Greek keyboard layout in the list. 4)Add the layout switch applet.
