Binary package hint: kde-guidance
With a fresh install of Herd 2 updated to the current versions, guidance
power-manager consumes steadily increasing amounts of memory.
This is an a Dell Latitude L400. CPU scaling shows nothing, so that
would tend to exhonorate that function.
