I agree with stlubuntu.  In previous versions of ubuntu (I think 7.10
and 8.04) there were 2-3 entries for different locations within St.
Louis, and now there aren't any choices for the city at all.

St. Louis meets the first criteria, so it really should never have been
removed in the first place.
