Hi For I currently use the Alpha of Kubuntu 9.10 I can't clearly answer your question. But if I remember correctly I indeed hadn't experienced this bug during the time I was using the stable Kubuntu 9.04. Unfortunately I can't give you more informations, about the symptoms or the like. It's just too long since.
