The libffado-dev build-depends added in Ubuntu included it for lpia, but
this Debian release did not. Presumably this needs to be merged, but
please report that to Debian, and request for the maintainer to add lpia
for Ubuntu.
And again, you've requested this sync without contacting me, the
previous uploader. This was uploaded into Debian very, very recently,
not giving me much opportunity to see it.
