Public bug reported:

it's happening with the 190.16 and 190.18 versions of nvidia package. I
think is better to update the drm_agp_memory-2.6.31.patch to the current
nvidia's version or to remove it at all, because i can confirm that it's
working without building it with the patch.

and the error is:

Check /var/lib/dkms/nvidia/190.18/build/ for more information.
