Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libdbd-mysql-perl

I am not sure if it is because I installed ia32-apt-get. Does installing
this package makes sudo apt-get as 32 bit command?

I tried removing this package but without any luck. So right now I
cannot uninstall or install any packages. FOllowing is the error I get:

E: libdbi-perl: no package named `libdbi-perl' is installed, cannot configure
E: libdbd-mysql-perl: no package named `libdbd-mysql-perl' is installed, cannot
