The ownerships for /dev/bus/usb/002/003 are not correct, the group
ownership must be "lp". Seems that after the udev rule to set the
permissions/ownerships for USB printers an additional rule to do
settings for your virtual machine environment is executed which sets all
group ownerships to vboxusers.
If the virtual machine environment is a Ubuntu package, please assign
this bug to that package, if not, this is not a Ubuntu bug.
