Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-orca
Orca jumps directly to buttons instead of reading the panel content. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Ubiquity installer 2. Orca reads the panel title and jumps to quit, back and forward buttons Upstream Developers Comment: I think this is a downstream problem. The distribution really should take responsible for making their custom applications accessible. http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=588929 ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Tue Jul 28 21:48:39 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 Package: gnome-orca 2.27.4-0ubuntu3 PackageArchitecture: all ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.30-10.12-generic SourcePackage: gnome-orca Uname: Linux 2.6.30-10-generic i686 ** Affects: gnome-orca (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: accessibility apport-bug i386 -- [karmic] Orca skips Ubiquity panel content https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/405898 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
