Thanks, but do you have a HOWTO to refer to regarding this? Simply installing the package doesnt help. If I try to start the deamon (called ipw3945d-2.6.17-10-generic !) I get the following error message: WARNING: Could not access '/var/run/ipw3945d.pid': Permission denied (13)
