Find the output of "grep . /var/lib/acpi-support/*-*" attached. Opening/closing 
the lid works from X (I have set it to suspend to disk). It does not work from 
the console. I have not been able to test the VGA-switch with an external 
monitor - however, I am not sure whether it is Fn-F5 (small white box with an 
arrow pointing upward to the right into a bigger black box in the background) 
or Fn-F10 (looking like a TV-screen). Fn-F5 makes the screen flicker once, 
Fn-F10 doesnt do anything. 
>From terminal 1 Fn-F5 makes the picture smaller ie. shows the text in full 
>resolution centered, Fn-F10 doesn't do anything.
