Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 9.04
linux-image-2.6.28-14-generic: 2.6.28-14.47
alsa-base: 1.0.18.dfsg-1ubuntu8
With my Toshiba Satellite M70-SR2 (PSM73C-SR200E), sound stops playing
correctly after few seconds.
You can just hear a continuous stuttering noise related to the last sound
played and you have to reboot the system to stop it.
It could be related to the default kernel configuration, since I recompiled the
kernel changing an option and the problem was solved.
Unfortunately I don't remember the option I changed, but I know that was
something related to the BIOS.
