Public bug reported:

On multiple machines (x86) I'm not able to upgrade from 6.10 to 7.04 -

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ gksu "update-manager -d"
warning: could not initiate dbus
extracting '/tmp/tmpf4TdKU/feisty.tar.gz'
authenticate '/tmp/tmpf4TdKU/feisty.tar.gz' against
'/tmp/tmpf4TdKU/feisty.tar.gz.gpg'
exception from gpg: GnuPG exited non-zero, with code 131072
  self.parent.scrolled_notes.add(textview_release_notes)
extracting '/tmp/tmpMsyRet/feisty.tar.gz'
authenticate '/tmp/tmpMsyRet/feisty.tar.gz' against
'/tmp/tmpMsyRet/feisty.tar.gz.gpg'
exception from gpg: GnuPG exited non-zero, with code 131072

After the download is completed I do get an error message telling that there's
been a problem with authentication.
This bug is reproducable since mid January (when I first tried to upgrade to
7.04).
