Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I believe this seems to be a kernel issue, I will, thus, assign this bug to the kernel package. If you believe that it is a network manager or any other program fault then please change the package of which this bug is assigned to. Good luck on getting it fixed :D
