The backtrace looks invalid to me. Line 215 of auth.py at revision 109
(the packages you have in this report) is p.wait() and not the "".join()
that causes the IOError. Was an older version of ubuntuone-client-applet
already running, and then you received this "crash" after upgrading
while it was running?
