The problem was actually that install-info existed in '/usr/local/bin/'
which appears in your PATH before the Debian version of install-info
which is need for package maintainer scripts. Nonetheless this is not a
bug in wireshark and I'm marking it invalid. Additionally, as mentioned
in the blog post your pointed to Debian is transitioning away from using
its version of install-info and this change is also happening in Karmic.
