The big problem is to actually know what problem to fix. I understand the connection to the wireless gets lost for some reason. But this does not mean that this problem is the same problem which was initially reported. Which was in a way you could not get a connection back without rebooting. So please, if you can add which kernel you are using right now, whether it worked better before, and maybe you know around when it seemed to got bad, whether you got linux-backports-modules installed and if not, maybe try that.
