As a matter of policy, Ubuntu does not generally do post-relase version
updates of packages and will disable internal update capabilities in
packages that have this ability to provide a stable, consistent
experience for users.
Clamav is an expection to this general rule. We do update it after
appropriate testing. A proposed package for clamav 0.95.2 currently
needs testing. See bug #394870 for details.
