This is the underlying problem which has caused bug #75337. It is the
same in British English.
Tuxpaint in dapper doesn't use the localisation info for stamps - it
uses the US english text.
I think this may be because the language files are in with the stamps in
a .txt file with the same name as the name of the stamp. This may need
special treatment by the packager.
