Why do you simply reject such bugs? This is just NOT the way it works in any other operating system, including other linux distros. While ubuntu should be easy to use it shouldn't behave different in such things. That's not "easy to use" if people expect something which is totally different. This is the second bug now which was closed with this automated answer, and I still can't understand it.
