Confirmed. Appart from the 'random' occurrences of this problem I noticed a possible trigger. When Deluge is finished dowloading a Torrent, the tray icon blinks. This leads to Quod Libet stealing focus every second (i guess related to the blinking) until I focus Deluge letting it know I got the info (download finished). After that, the focus stealing stops.
