Thank you for your bug. The description is not clear, is gnome-app-
install (which install the application) or nautilus (the file browser)
hanging? What version of Ubuntu do you use? Could you get a backtrace
for the hang (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace)? Do you have anything
to .xsession-errors about that? Does using gnome-app-install not started
from nautilus acts differently?
