A couple of things:
1. Please run this command in a terminal: "apport-collect -p pulseaudio 408784"
2. Check that everything is unmuted, and try and play audio using alsa and not
pulseaudio. Best way to do that is to use an app like mplayer, or rhthmbox with
the pasuspender command. So for example, in a terminal you would type
"pasuspender rhythmbox"
