Binary package hint: cheese
When I activate cheese it creates automatically an empty folder named 'Webcam'
under my Pictures folder, no matter whether I save a clip or not.
I think that generally, no application should intervene with the structure of
non-hidden folders within the home directory: it is intrusive and impolite. It
can offer creating the folder for me when I wish to save a file, but should not
litter my personal 'home' in the system with unused folders. This is the MS way.
