* fix LP: #409264 - make xulrunner 1.9.1 the default in karmic; we ship
the default -dev package now
- update debian/control

* security/stability update v1.9.1.2 (FIREFOX_3_5_2_RELEASE)
* drop update-alternative --remove-all hack (which ensured that non-existing
alternatives dont end
up in "manual" mode in the past) now that dpkg fails on them - also the
"auto" mode seems to be fixed
- update debian/xulrunner-1.9.2.prerm.in
* enable support for "extensions" in build-system
- update debian/create-build-system.sh
* drop not used patch from package
- delete debian/patches/bz321315_gconf_backend_for_19.patch
