Bug is/was constant, happened every time.
However, On removal of Firefox 3.5.1 along with 3 versions of xul runner,
replacing with a fresh Firefox 3.0.13; along with removal and reinstall of Yelp
+ it's deps, the problem seems to have been cured.
The 3.5 version of Firefox was insalled alongside 3.0.13 using Ubuntuzilla. I
noticed that the xulrunner-1.9.2~a1 did not install with the rest this time,
maybe this is the culprit?

Upon clicking help I get:- Unable to load page - The requested URI
"file:///fakefile#index" is invalid - reinstalled:- Yelp, ubuntu-docs and
gnome-doc-utils, no differance still same error
