Hi,
This means you installed the package ekiga-gtkonly. Remove it and ekiga
package will install.
e.g. use this command to remove the old package:
sudo apt-get remove ekiga-gtkonly
The package ekiga-gtkonly no longer exist since Ubuntu Jaunty.
