Binary package hint: language-pack-kde-es-base
This is with today's langpack updates. (Things in general are looking
much better now, btw)
However, in any KDE application, the keyboard shortcuts in the various
menu items of the application's menubar are untranslated.
For example, in Dolphin, go to the Ayuda menu. The "Que es esto?" menu
item shows the menu shortcut in English. (Shift+F1)
