Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

dedi...@dedieko-laptop:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04

network-manager:
  Installed: 0.7.1.git.5.272c6a626-0ubuntu1~nm1~jaunty
  Candidate: 0.7.1.git.5.272c6a626-0ubuntu1~nm1~jaunty

Sometimes, the network-manager applet in the gnome notification area change the
network status to "Networking Disabled". Wifi connection is still working.
If I left click:
"NetworkManager is not running"
If I right click:
Wireless option is not available anymore(missing)
If I hover the mouse over the icon:
"Networking Disabled"

The only working(not 100%) solution is to restart the system.
