Approved but I had to do quite a bit of packaging changes:
clutk (0.2.1-0ubuntu2) karmic; urgency=low
* Let the -dev lib depend on ${shlibs:Depends} and ${misc:Depends}.
* Honor DEB_BUILD_GNU_TYPE / DEB_BUILD_GNU_CPU for cross builds and pass
according.
* Add .PHONY to rules.
* Cleanup rules.
* Use upstream version in symbols file instead of Ubuntu one.
* Use dh_prep instead of dh_clean -k.
* Let libclutk-dev depend on libgtk2.0-dev, libclutter-1.0-dev,
libclutter-gtk-0.10-dev per its .pc file.

Please run the testsuite during build; you can find the bdeps to run
xvfb in e.g. libbonoboui
