Public bug reported:
When ever I try to play any downloaded file then it's asking for
suitable codec and suggest to install multimedia codecs. Then after
selecting appropriate codec it searches the codec and when ever I
clicked on install button then one pop up comes as "Error Occurred" and
in details it shows
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct
the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
Then I couldn't find out the location of dpkg and fix the problem.
Please help me out from this problem.
