Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-do-plugins

Hello everyone,

just installed gnome-do-docklets from PPA: (http://ppa.launchpad.net/do-
core/ppa/ubuntu)

Now, the battery docklet won't find my battery. When connecting to AC, it shows
a power-plug in an otherwise empty battery symbol.
In Systray, it's shown correctly, so the system aparrently knows about the
battery, just the docklet doesn't.

Meta Information:

OS:
Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04

Package:
gnome-do-docklets:
  Installiert: 0.8.2-0~9.04~ppa1
  Kandidat: 0.8.2-0~9.04~ppa1
  Versions-Tabelle:
 *** 0.8.2-0~9.04~ppa1 0
        500 http://ppa.launchpad.net jaunty/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Expected bahaviour:
information on sttus of battery on hover over icon

Received behaviour:
message: "no battery found"

See different behaviour of systray and docky in attached .png

Thanks in advance,
Dorian
