Its really surprising that a product , although free, that is competing
for market share has such a big problem where almost most of the laptops
(a thinkpad user myself) have problems with OVERHEATING which could ruin
the laptop itself!!

My CPU is running over 100 degrees C and I quit linux for the time being
and I am back on windows Vista which is running ultra cool.

Is ubuntu releasing most of its releases without proper testing or is it
way too soon? Running a laptop that is running at 100 degrees is hardly
an advert. I see this bug has been around for over 2 months and yet we
are to find a solution!!?? Is canonical asleep??
